Salary: £15000 - £18000 per annum + £24,000 OTE

Recruitment Recruiter Resourcer IT - An exciting opportunity has arisen within a global, market leading IT recruitment company for an experienced Recruiter / Resourcer. Working closely with the Client Relationship Manager you will be responsible for managing candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This will include but will not be limited to; job ad writing and posting, interviewing of candidates (both on the telephone and face to face), setting up and the management of interviews (scheduling of candidates, creation and distribution of interview packs, co-ordinating and managing candidates during on-site interviews) and providing support to candidates post interview. In order to be successful in this role, you will be required to gain a detailed understanding of this high-profile client, as well as a detailed understanding of the specific market in which it operates The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role where they have been required to manage multiple roles at any one time across a variety of skill-sets, disciplines and levels. Ideally this experience will have been gained working on a high profile account where you have been required to work against a clearly defined delivery framework within strict SLAs and KPIs.
