Product Specialist - Clinical Location: Oxfordshire + client travel Salary: £38,500 + car allowance £5,500

An opportunity for an experienced Product Specialist with strong Clinical / NHS background has arisen. The post is essentially to test, configure, implement and support the client's clinical product sets as part of the UK and Ireland project based implementations.

Main Responsibilities:

- To provide product consultancy to customers during implementation projects - To work with a focused team to prepare the implementation methodology for my client's product - To support customer sites during implementation, go-lives and the post live period remotely and on-site - To provide appropriate resources to the Development and Product Management teams as scheduled by the team manager - To provide appropriate resources to the Sales teams as part of the pre and post Sales activity as scheduled by the team manager

Qualifications and Experience:

- Educated to A level (or equivalent) in two subjects (preferably English and Mathematics) - Minimum of three years working in a NHS Healthcare environment, working with or implementing EPR Systems - Minimum of three years experience working in an IT related post - Experience with Implementation of Lorenzo product would be an advantage but not essential

Technical Skills:

- MS Office - Structured Query Language - MS SQL Server or Oracle SQL - HL7 Messages
