A medically led Specialist Diagnostic Service provider to both public and private healthcare sectors is looking for an Operations Manager to manage a team in providing a Radiology Reporting Service with the highest standard of delivery from their base in Hemel Hampstead.
Specifically, the Operations Manager will be responsible for delivering the radiology reporting service and meeting the organisational KPI. You will provide line management and mentorship to the team in order to ensure they lead their areas of responsibility, manage service delivery and performance targets, ensure the radiology reporting service is meeting the defined KPI and manage all HR requirements for the team.
The successful candidate will have a degree / relevant professional qualification and experience in project management, strategic and business planning, service improvement and change management, HR management and quality systems management. You must have an excellent awareness of service delivery and experience of client coordination networking. You must have man-management experience and be extremely personable.
Candidates must have experience within a healthcare environment to be considered.
