Training Consultant
Salary: £400 - £450 per day
UK - Wide - Contract
Organisational and Development Consultant.
A large healthcare organisation requires a consultant to provide advice and support to NHS organisations, promoting internally owned systems, tool processes and commercial skills designed to support the implementation of best practice in both people and organisational development. The aim of the position is to significantly improve commercial people and organisational performance within NHS organisations.
The current tools are:
Organisation Diagnostic, Development Needs Analysis, Commercial Skills Development modules, Integrated Procurement Framework, ROI benefits tracking methodology.
Duties: Support NHS organisations in satisfying the need for commercial and organisational skills development.
Deliver commercial skills workshops and other learning development modules. Deliver presentations / group meetings.
Source people development products and services for clients in order to meet commercial skills gaps.
Provide Training.
Skills / Exp:
Evidence of continuing professional development.
Communicates commercial people and organisation development issues (ideally within the NHS / Public Sector).
Strong Management / PM skills.
Competent knowledge and skills using the Organisational Diagnostic Tool and /or the Development Needs Analysis tool (essential).
