Salary: £80000 - £100000 per annum + Usual Benefits

Our client is a global provider of integrated workforce solutions. As a market leader within this space they have a reputation that is enviable within the industry.
They are now looking to further expand their business and are about to commence a very exciting period of expansion. They are looking for a key member of staff to help them do this.
They are looking to recruit a Head of Work Force Solutions. The successful candidate will have:
Experience of all components of work force functions
Experience of designing common sense work force solutions
Work force experience gained within public sector or NHS
Ability to lead, mentor and coordinate teams of subject matter experts in this field
Ability to engage with consultancies and end users with regard to creating solutions
