Senior Manager/Director – Healthcare Consulting – North of England – URGENT

Salary: £85,000 base - £120,000 base + bonus + benefits

North East - Permanent

Our client is a fast growing team of health and social care consultants who are now the largest independent healthcare consulting firm in the UK. They have a portfolio of Directors helping to grow the business all of whom are some of the best recognised players in the market.

They are looking to grow the firm in the North of England through a range of individuals from Consultant Analyst to Director level.

IN ORDER TO CONTINUE THEIR UNPARALELLED GROWTH, IT IS IMPERITIVE THEY HIRE A SENIOR MANAGER/DIRECTOR FOR THE NORTH OF ENGLAND TEAM IMMEDIATELY.

Business Development will be a key aspect of the role and you will be expected to deliver £700K new business per year at Senior Manager level and £1M new business per year at Director level.

It is envisaged that the hires will be experienced professionals in this field. Regional areas for hiring include Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester.

It is essential that you have proven knowledge and experience in most of the following areas;

• Up to date knowledge of the NHS infrastructure having been exposed to the health service for at least two years
• SHA’s, primary care, social services and understanding the interface between social care and the NHS
• Working within public sector operations including healthcare
• Working closely with managers and clinicians to gather information and expertise
• For more senior roles Public sector management consultancy including consultancy within a healthcare environment
• Service Improvement, Programme Management, Health Strategy, Change Management etc
